The Word.

There are a few essentials you need to have to prepare you for the next couple of seasons ~ like seriously essential!

The colours you need : GOLD // SILVER // BRONZE
+ Hints of NEON + Shades of INDIGO & BLACK

We have always had a bit of metallic here and there, but this Winter gold, silver and even bronze are coming through in Rock Your Baby, Fox & Finch, One Red Fly, Plum, Wilson & Frenchy - nearly every range we have in store. But the bling doesn't end there, metallics are in for interiors as well.

Change a whole room by adding some metallic or even neon to the walls with some removable decals or foil prints! We have a gorgeous new range in from Papier D'Amour that is my latest obsession ~ 20 decals for $14.95 + we also have NEON too! Rock Your Baby is also bringing us a large gold square cushion in their "Rock Your Crib" range that will give a punch of metallic to any room!

Black, purple, indigo, navy and dark grey are always strong in the Winter but this season designs are getting bolder, it is not unusual for a head to toe look to be all dark, get confident about your kids wearing black! Even the little ones -  the smart Vancouver range in from Fox & Finch has flown out the door, a colour block mix of grey and black for baby boys. So don't be afraid to mix it up! 

The prints you need:  LEOPARD, LEOPARD & ..... LEOPARD. Ok, there is also some floral and geometric prints in there, but mostly leopard!

The obsession with leopard has hit an all time high - you need at least one piece for the Winter. Never fear though, you can get shirts, dresses, pants, anything will soon be coming in leopard print! 

Don't be too worried if you are not a leopard fan, (you either love or hate ey?) we have some really gorgeous florals coming to through from our fave labels as well as some sophisticated geometric and illustrated patterns.

Last, but not least.. 

BIRD is the WORD! Flamingoes,  you will find them on nearly everything in the next few months, as well as pineapples (of course!) and for the boys ~ foxes, and woodland creatures are still the cutest motifs you can find on everything from sweaters to shoes!
